If multiple licenses are selected over 4 units, bulk discounts will automatically be applied.

- 0% discount on 1-4 licenses
- 5% discount on 5-9 licenses
- 10% discount on 10-24 licenses
- Contact sales to discuss a discount on 25-34 licenses.
- 35+ Contact sales for an enterprise discount

**Validate VAT number**

Please note, Braintree anti-fraud checks are made during processing to cross-check your details with your banking information. Incorrect country information may flag the sale and return a failure to process.

When payment is confirmed your licenses are added to your account User Dashboard and the sales invoice is generated and listed on the[Sales Invoices](docId\:jD6w_Gzlup-wGu_CNLbuw)page.

## Check licenses are applied to your user?
Ensure the license has been applied to your user email or if setting up a studio account add users and apply licenses. By default the license should be applied to the registered user.
