Cancel your subscription?

To cancel or terminate your active subscription please log in to your User Dashboard and open the Active Licenses page. On the right hand column, under User Renew Options, click on Show Users. A list will show below with the active licenses. On the right, under Renew Status ON/OFF, click the Turn Renewal Off.

This will deactivate autorenewal and the license(s) will expire at the end of the contract period.
